I'm not a morning person so I tend to hit the snooze button ... a lot. This usually cuts out my breakfast time so I need to grab something and go.
Some of my favorite Grab and Go breakfast snacks are:
1.) An apple or banana with Justin's Nut Butter
Justin's Nut Butter has the ability to make anything taste heavenly. It's delicious and addictive, especially if you're a peanut butter lover like me. It tastes wonderful paired with apples and bananas.
A Hen's Nest shows different ways to enjoy your Belvita Breakfast Biscuits. I like them plain, but the recipes she has also sound delicious!
3.) Oatmeal
I prefer to buy the single packets of plain oatmeal by Quaker. However you can also prepare baked oatmeal with fruit that you can enjoy for the rest of the week.
4.) Rice Cakes
Rice cakes are always a favorite. Low in calories and easy to transform into something yummy. I love these ones by Deliciously Organized that have almond butter, cinnamon and banana on them.
5.) VitaTops
I love VitaTops! Perfect for when you're on the run, at only 100 calories you can't go wrong! Plus with a variety of flavors you're guaranteed to find one you'll love. My favorites are the Pomegranate and Chocolate, Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip and the Deep Chocolate.
